From here, it takes about 55 minutes to Kuala Lumpur city centre. Residents can also travel to Klang Jaya, which is about 10 minutes away and Bandar Baru Klang that will take about 15 minutes of driving. If you wish to commute, KTM Bukit Badak is just 5.4km away.

That aside. Golden Villa has 7 blocks that house units with built-up size ranging from 660 sf to 1,043 sf. Buyers also have two different layouts to choose from - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As for the facilities, this establishment provides swimming pool, covered parking bays, mini market, and 24-hour security surveillance.

When it comes to amenities, there are basic amenities to fulfill everyday's need. To shop for groceries, places like Econmart hypermarket, NSK Trade City, Aeon Shopping Mall Kota Kemuning and Carrefour Bukit Rimau are just 15-minutes drive away. There are also a few schools within the vicinity like SMK Kampung Jawa, SRA Kampung Jawa and SMK Shahbandaraya, just to name a few.

For healthcare, Sentosa Specialist Hospital and Kemuning Medical Centre is just a few minutes away. In terms of food, there are several food stalls that serve Malay, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Korean and even Burmese fare. And of course, 'mamak' stalls are available too. If you love fast food, KFC is just 12 minutes' drive away.

Obviously, Golden Villa doesn't have that avant-garde look. But, it's definitely great for singletons and small families who want to live in a less hectic neighbourhood. That being said, this place is not ideal if you're looking for a place to invest due to its location.

There so much management issue here till there group A n b. Resident is caught in between their fights. Developer fail to maintain the place ending up poor security, cleanliness and vandalism. Infested with foreigners from all the factory sectors. End up you share... 更多
the same pool hallway n lifts. Run down lifts and needs allot of upgrade in terms of lighting paint and upkeep on cleanliness.
