Dalia Residences is a development spearheaded by Tropicana Corporation Berhad. Located in Tropicana Aman, the project will see 207 units of double-storey bungalows and semi-detached houses. It is due to be completed by 2020.
The units within the development have built-ups ranging from 3,976 sf to 4,803 sf. Launched at prices starting from RM1,775,800 to RM3,085,800, the luxury units ensure enough space for medium to large-sized families. Apart from the considerable amount of space, these units are actually a set of smart houses, equipped with Panasonic’s smart home system.
Dalia Residences boasts a long list of facilities for its residents to take advantage of. There are various landscaped gardens, namely central garden, community garden and linear gardens, as well as themed parks. The 85-acre central park is ideal for tenants to have a stroll around or simply to serve as a spot for recreation. There is also a community centre and a resident’s clubhouse for gatherings to take place. A gymnasium and jogging track is also included in the facility list for residents who are looking to keep fit, minus the hassle of having to travel far.
Tropicana Aman is nestled in the south of Kota Kemuning, which means that there is already a set of amenities made available, as the said township has gained maturity in recent years. Within Kota Kemuning, residents will be able to find Giant Kota Kemuning, where shopping can be done. The town centre also provides services of various forms, as well as restaurants, offices, and workshops. Dalia Residences is also close to the Bandar Saujana Putra township, which can provide similar services with the commercial centres it houses. Other townships that are nearby include Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Puchong and Bandar Bukit Tinggi.
The residences can be accessed via the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), which also links to the ELITE Highway. Other highways accessible via the development includes the KESAS Highway and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).
