Dafe Court is a freehold apartment located in Bukit Jambul, Penang, consisting of residential units that measure a standard 650 sf each. For example, within a 1km radius of Dafe Court, one can access the Bukit Jambul Complex shopping mall, SK Sungai Nibong, SMK Sg Nibong, SRJK (C) Shih Chung Cawangan, SMJK Phor Tay, SJK (C) Kwang Hwa, the i-Avenue commercial complex with numerous banks and eateries, at least 3 petrol stations, Sunshine Lip Sin and the Sungai Dua night market.

For those using public transportation, a 5-minute walk is all it takes to reach the nearest bus stop located along Jalan Bukit Gambir. Buses 301 and 302 pass by the stop, travelling to places like Relau, Batu Maung and the Georgetown jetty.

A 7-minute walk in the opposite direction from Dafe Court leads to more bus stops along the main road of Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, from where one can catch buses 101, 303, 305 and 401. Other than Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, from Dafe Court residents will be able to connect easily to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, which follows the coastline between Batu Maung and Georgetown.
