CP Tower is a corporate office building located in Section 16 of Petaling Jaya. The development consists of only 1 tower block soaring 22 storeys tall. Its typical floorspace is up to 15,000 sf per floor, while office spaces can be partitioned with each having a built-up from 3,000 sf onward. Offices here can be a good investment as this area is one of Petaling Jaya's busiest commercial hotspots, right next to Eastin Hotel.
This commercial building is placed where amenities are abundant. Being a part of the Phileo Damansara Business Centre, the office tower neighbours a number of prominent corporate names with The Star Publications being one of them. Within the business hub itself, occupants will be able to find amenities like convenience stores, mini marts and restaurants.
There are also commercial centres outside of the business centre for tenants of CP Tower to go to. The nearest commercial hub houses mostly shops, other offices and restaurants. The Perkhidmatan Awam Golf Club is also located nearby, providing entertainment and recreation options, as well as venue option to meet clients. Other than that, it is also close to other townships such as Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Mutiara Damansara, Kelana Jaya, as well as the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The office tower is best accessed from the SPRINT Highway, with the building having a direct exit to the expressway. The highway can also connect to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), posing travel convenience to Subang Jaya, and other parts of Petaling Jaya. Should traffic be a hassle, occupants can also reach CP Tower via the Phileo Damansara Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station that is located within walking distance.
