Bandar Putra Bertam is the latest township to be included in the Kepala Batas area in Penang. The mixed development consists of over 3,500 commercial and residential units, which includes cluster homes, double storey semi-detached homes, double-storey terrace homes, a hypermarket and shop offices.
Two of the residential developments that are within the township include Casa Innova and Casa Moderna. Casa Innova was completed within 5 phases, with built-ups ranging from as low as 1,500 sf to 2,164 sf. Units within the project have a launch price ranging from RM424,399 to RM819,300. The units will be able to comfortably fit a medium to large-sized families, as well as working adults and young adults working within the area. The front porch of the homes are also able to fit 2 cars at once.
Bandar Putra Bertam also has facilities scattered around its residential developments, which comprises jogging paths, children’s playgrounds, and a central lake within one of the developments. There may be a lack of security within the neighbourhoods, but that can be solved by hiring third party security services, or even setting up a neighbourhood watch within the community.
Residents of the township will be able to enjoy the abundance of amenities that are within it, making it rather convenient to live here. The earlier mentioned hypermarket located within the township is a Mydin Mall, where tenants can do their grocery and daily necessity shopping. The commercial hub located at the front of the town have amenities which include management offices, restaurants, service centres and a mini mart.
Bandar Putra Bertam is also close to the Bertam town centre, which houses other amenities, such as a police department, clinics, council hall, and Universiti Teknologi MARA Penang Campus. The Industrial Training Institute of Kepala Batas (ILP Kepala Batas) is also located close to Bandar Putra Bertam, which makes it an advantage to invest in the township's properties, whether it be the homes for rental, or the commercial buildings for business purposes.
Bandar Putra Bertam can be easily accessed via the Jalan Tun Hamdan Sheikh Tahir route, which leads to the North-South Highway (NSE). Using the route, tenants will also be able to reach other districts such as Butterworth, Permatang Pauh, Bukit Mertajam and the Penang Island.
