Nusa Idaman is a township located in the Iskandar Puteri development region. The township consists of a total of 8 precincts, there is a large volume of semi-detached homes, coupled with some terrace units, an apartment complex and a commercial hub. Majority of the landed units are 3 storeys, bar the higher density double storey terrace home compound. A few of the more prominent neighbourhoods within the township is Precinct 7 and 8, where the likes of Twin Villas 1 and 2, Idaman Residences, the double storey terrace Twin Villa and Link Villa are located. Homes in Twin Villas 1 have sizes from 2,925 sf to 3,537 sf, and comes with 4 bedrooms and an extra room, while Twin Villas 2 have two layouts, Type A and B with sizes of 3,178 sf and 3,304 sf. Both come with a similar layout of its previous phase. Idaman Residences, on the other hand, has 3 unit types, sized from 820 sf to 1,385 sf each. Another well known phase of the development is the Hillside Sanctuary, comprising 3-storey semi-detached homes that average 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with built-ups from 3,103 sf to 3,280 sf. Within the residential precincts, there are linear gardens that serve as part of the facilities. Some have swimming pools (mainly the apartment complex) and most of the phases have a children’s playground, jogging tracks and landscaped gardens. There is a 640-acre recreation park - Sireh Park, that is located within the town, specially for the residences within. Community halls and function halls serve as a place for social gatherings and events to take place. Some of the developments are also gated and guarded, an added advantage in terms of safety and security. Nusa Idaman has a commercial centre located within it, but it is also located close to a few mature townships, as well as some upcoming ones that are laden with various amenities. For instance, it’s neighbouring township - Bukit Indah, has a commercial hub in the town central that houses restaurants, cafes, petrol stations, entertainment outlets, workshops and offices. The town also consists of an AEON Mall and Tesco Hypermarket, where tenants can go to for groceries shopping, or for some retail therapy. Legoland Malaysia is also located nearby for a weekend of fun activities. Nusa Idaman is easily accessible via the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Highway, which also means that travelling to Singapore can be done with zero hassle. The Skudai Elevated Highway is another alternative to access the township, and it connects the township to other areas of Johor, including the Johor Bahru city centre.
