The idea behind this development came from the Penang State Government’s initiatives to provide more affordable residential properties to the people. Sandiland Foreshore is situated on 4.23 acres of state-owned land along Jalan C.Y Choy, in Georgetown, Penang. The leasehold project is expected to be completed in the year 2020. Sandiland Foreshore comprises of two types of residential units; medium cost and low medium cost. The medium cost units have built-up sizes ranging from 800 sf to 1,000 sf, while the low medium cost has a built-up size of 700 sf. Each unit will get 1 allocated parking spot.
