Anyone can verify if this conveyancing new rate will be implemented starting today? 

i think those in the legal field will know of this, let me check with my property lawyer.

in general for previously properties below RM 500k charged 0.7% now its 1% increasing 0.3%, RM 500k and above increase charge 0.7% now its 0.8% incresing 0.1%. but for new project under licensed developer can get 25%-35% discount

Take for example somebody buying a RM600k house... before and after this increase... how much difference?
