If my Property Manager use my photo and my sons photos (100% can see full face) as an example of wrongdoings. Just one of the 6 mentioned but uses my photo and did not clarify what is wrong, what can i do? My son is just 14 months old and the property manager in the notice board with photo say that the child have " Vandalism in the Elevator", but he was just playing a few buttons that did not interrupt any residents. I feel that my property manager is publicly shaming us both. Please advice.

If I were you, I would talk to a lawyer for legal advice and then decide how to best approach this.
