Property price has been shooting up since 2009/2010. The price hike got soften since 2014 but the transaction remain high in 2014. Transaction slow down has been observed in in 2015 and some experts are anticipating price will hit new high in 2016.
Discussion of property price is meaningless unless we are talking about particular region. For example northern (Penang), city center (KL/Selangor) and southern (JB/Iskandar).
