Do you think this is sustainable in the long run?

I am foreseeing a lot of under table transaction for this development.

let's wait and see how this is different from the "Rumah Mampu Milik" scheme...

Saw some photo of the launch at Kotaraya, wildly packed!

Hope only those who really deserve get to purchase these affordable houses. In total should be 3 phases if not mistaken. Other states should have similar projects by the government for the locals.
