Ever since lawyer Pretam Singh mentioned that "There is no law to bar residents from keeping pets in strata-titled properties, including condominiums and apartments", in Nov 2016.
On the same day, an article news posted in freemalaysiatoday (http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2016/11/10/keeping-dogs-local-council-laws-override-condo-rules/) saying below :
"...Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) allows only nine specific small dog breeds to be kept in high-rise buildings on the condition that the building’s JMB and MC allowed it. "
So, here's my question (example):
I live in a condo in Jalan Ipoh area. It is residential strata title condo. I live in high floor. My condo house rule is "No Pet is allowed (except fish in aquarium)..."
3. My Condo house rule & DoC said "No pet is allowed (except fish in aquarium)..."
Based on two article posted in FMT website on 10 Nov 2016 as well as my condo house rule & DoC:
AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE PET IN MY APARTMENT? AND WHY?
