Sime Darby Property Berhad ("Sime Darby Property" or "Group") secured 12 victories including the distinguished Best Client award at the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards 2024 (“MLAA14”). These accolades beam the Group’s unwavering dedication to pushing the boundaries of architectural excellence and redefining design norms. They also reflect Sime Darby Property’s strategic emphasis on integrating sustainability in its developments across the nations.

“We believe that seamless landscape and architecture design can enrich the well-being of our community and contribute positively to sustainability efforts, specifically in urban biodiversity,” said Dato Azmir Merican, Sime Darby Property’s Group Managing Director.

Held annually since 2007 by the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (“ILAM”) and endorsed by the International Federation of Landscape Architects (“IFLA”), this prestigious award celebrates excellence in landscape architecture.

Sime Darby Property received Excellence for the City of Elmina and Honour for KL East in the Landscape Masterplan Award category. The Group also secured two Honours in the Landscape Development category for the City of Elmina and Nilai Impian.

Sime Darby Property’s efforts in pushing the sustainability agenda were also recognised with three Honours in the Environmental & Landscape Management category for the City of Elmina and Bandar Bukit Raja, and in the Green Infrastructure category for Serenia City.

The Group also secured four Honours in Landscape Analysis and Study category for City of Elmina, Serenia City and Nilai Impian, and in the Landscape Design Awards for City of Elmina.
