Step into the Common Ground space and be greeted with a friendly smile, a warm welcome, and the happy tilt of your name. It may first come as a surprise, “How do they know my name?” But of course they do - through Common Ground’s interactive, efficient, and completely-digital system, personal invites from Common Ground members to their guests are streamlined into the system so the front desk staff know who to expect. So if you walk into Common Ground feeling like you’ve entered an insider’s exclusive society, you may just have, and welcome.

A coworking brand that stands out from the rest, Common Ground is more than just a space. It’s a community for all Common Ground workers to connect, collaborate, and embark on business opportunities in the free space they call their office. But you’re not limited to just where you are.

Working within the same 4 walls can get boring at times, but Common Ground members have the flexibility of working wherever they want to. Based in Mont Kiara but have a meeting in TTDI’s space? Pop in and have your meeting, then pull up a seat and get some work done in the vibrant yet cosy environment.

With 5 Common Ground spaces throughout the Klang Valley and 3 more popping up in the very near future, it’s an exciting working experience with Common Ground: where every day is never the same, and every space allows you to work at your own pace. Regional expansion plans are in the works, so jetsetting and travelling Common Ground members will always be able to find a familiar place of comfort to work at.

A revolving door of faces may be what you see in Common Ground, but the connection you build is something that could last a lifetime. Unique to the Common Ground community, and probably the only one in the coworking industry, the Ambition Engine app combines the features of Facebook, Eventbrite, LinkedIn, and various rewards programs for the enjoyment of Common Ground members.

Through the Ambition Engine member portal, Common Ground members can connect with one another, keep track of exciting events happening soon, and even post work collaboration notices. Whether it’s hiking, calligraphy classes, tequila nights, or movie marathons, Common Ground members can find their common interests with other members and grow from a community to a family.

“The best part of being a member of Common Ground is the ability to join activities that the community managers are putting together for us. Of course I could talk forever about the costume parties they are launching, but I also really enjoyed the cooking classes, especially when they bring a celebrity chef to teach us how to cook Indian food!” - Mickael Zeggagh (Managing Director of MZMedia)

While there are no doors and no barriers, there are plenty of bridges waiting to be built. With folks from all walks of lives and careers converging in one common ground, the opportunities to collaborate are endless - a website developer needing a copywriter, a consultancy firm needing a graphic designer, the list goes on.

And even if you’re not a freelancer, a start-up, or even a remote-worker, but a person leading a huge team, you can still bring your team onboard Common Ground. CG Entreprise is specially tailored to offer the most comfortable working environment for big teams of 50; even up to 200, or a few floors if you require. Whether you require manager rooms, a sound-proof studio, or even your own server room, CG Enterprise members can choose how they want to work and are privy to the floor facilities that they can share with other Common Ground members, and be part of the community.

The best part of CG Enterprise is the freedom to customize the space to suit your workspace needs to your brand identity, all without the large upfront payment for renovations. No more hassling contractors and designers, all you need to do is just focus on your business plan, and channel your resources on hiring the best talents out there. And even as the company grows, there’s still ample space for employees to move about their work location - just visit any Common Ground office!

Coworking spaces break the norm, and Common Ground does so in a manner that is uncommon, to say the least. Built by the community for the community, Common Ground is more than just a ground space for your personal office cubicle, but an integrated idea that brings about a change of lifestyle, a new community to meet, cultures to learn from, and an overall complement to your working life.

@JohnL

If you find Workplace sharing not suitable for your business venture (minus the office rental and renovation cost)... can always go back to SOHO and work from home.
