Is the current property market in Malaysia is over value or over price that it's beyond affordability?

JLean...so do u see any useful implementation by the government so far? As far as I see it...nope...it doesn't seems practical at all..while most investors and buyers are taking a laid back approach to wait and see if the price would ever drop...what do you think about it? Would the bubble burst and subsequently causes a price drop in the market? 

it is an open market, prices will depend on supply and demand...

ppnnkk2011 have yet to see any burst~price/sf indicates that the price remain sky high for most of the locals...it's a foreigner market now i guess

Overprice for recently new launch project. Installment much more higher than rental received, potential capital gain in future will be lesser. 

nicsonic...damn...if that's the case though purchasing a new launch project could save on the legal fees (if dev absorbs), seems like sub sales would be better option then...

BTW, I was wondering, the overprice of these new launch projects is it because of the upcoming completion of these MRT?
