Hi, would like to know can we still stamp a 6-month rental tenancy? Meaning tenant only renting for 6 months. 

Normally a tenancy agreement is stamped for a year's contract, not too sure if you can get it stamped for 6 months period. You have to seek for a solicitor or legal advice from the surroundings or person you know who can advice.

If tenant really only renting for 6 months without any extension.

Can try to get the tenant to pay upfront the 6 months rental?

for government, they dont care. they calculate as one year
