Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) Phase 1 Camellia comprising 262 units of double-storey terrace homes valued at a total of approximately RM144.48 million were fully taken up. Due to the overwhelming response for these landed homes, 270 units of Phase 2 - Camellia 2 are now available for registration of interest.

M Senyum is a 100-acre landed residential development located at Salak Tinggi, comprising a total of 1,176 units of double-storey terrace homes. Camellia and Camellia 2 comprises of built-up from 1,555 sq ft to 1,761 sq ft and priced from RM450,000, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The enitre development with a total GDV of approximately RM656 million offers affordable countryside living amidst lush greenery and a practical layout for homebuyers, equipped with lifestyle amenities and accessibility to major highways and public transportation.

Mah Sing’s 2H2022 Outlook

Mah Sing is optimistic that its other property projects will continue to gain traction from the buyers due to their strategic locations, affordable price points and well-designed features that are aligned with current market demand. The Group has a strong pipeline of 21 projects to support 2022 sales growth and upcoming launches for the second half of 2022 include M Astra in Setapak, M Nova in Kepong, M Panora in Rawang, remaining phases for Ferringhi Residences in Penang and double storey link homes in Meridin East, Johor Bahru.

Aside from upcoming launches, the Group also aims for higher vacant possession (VP) in 2022 to generate additional cash flow. Mah Sing’s M Vertica Tower A & B in Cheras will be handed over to its purchasers in Q2 2022, which is ahead of the delivery date, while VP for Sensory Residence Phase 1 of Southville City will be starting from June 2022.

In recent years, Mah Sing has been increasing its presence in Klang Valley through acquisitions of strategic lands. The company is constantly on the lookout for new land, with a focus on strategic land banks in Greater KL, Klang Valley, Penang and Johor that are ideal for affordable products. Aside from these locations, the Group is also scouting for attractively priced residential and industrial lands outside of Klang Valley, such as Seremban, Malacca, and Perak, for projects in the affordable range.
