Correct me if mistaken. Looks to me like investing in REIT shares ( Real estate investment trust)

seems too good to be true... investing must have risk. No risk mean less opportunity. Go for FD confirm no risk but the rate is fixed. 

Different person has a different definition for RISK. For any investment, risk is inevitable. People can accept different risk level thus different investment products to suit different appetite. Property investment risk is rather depends on how well you did your due diligent check on a property. You will not feel risky when you had done enough due diligent check.

@domng nope bro. We do bulk purchasing property investment. 

Example: 

People buying a property in RM 1000/PSF. We are able to get ONLY RM 700psf only for our member.

If you have spare cash and able to hold on to your investment for at least a few years, may try and see. 

High Returns always comes with High Risk. If it is too good to be true, it probably is!

Not to say there's no risk. Risk is whether it can be reduce to the minimal. High risk high return theory is always the statement used and it basically represents it.

Bulk Purchase have more bargain power for developer to get up to 20-30% discount from market price. which u earn up to 30% immediately when u buy.

Hi guy, bulk purchase means group buy. Means that people buy in 700psf. If we have power of people, we have more bargain power to get 400psf only.
