Im one of the owner of i-residence..i also stay in this  condo so far so good.management and evironment ok.suitable for family to stay.not many student stay here.mostly family and expart.i got 1 unit for rent it is 3 rooms 2 bath.fully furnished.u can contact me at 0176848002 for further details.
