Sean, Mind checking with you, Do you know roughly how many units left there and what's the levels like?

@JohnL if not mistaken, left about 20-30% for block B. 911sqft and partially furnished. each floor have about 14units with 4 lifts. so far so good staying there....take KTM to work and easy access to jalan kuching/ipoh/kepong/mastiara/sentul... low density(which is about 600 units). skydex facility with swimming pool and gym...
