Safety wise, residents can be assured of their security with 24-hours manned security, as well as CCTV surveillance. Besides that, there is a minimum of 2-tier secure access. One can enter the property by access card or intercom system linked to control room. To add, lifts will only open at floor programmed on access cards.

When it comes to convenience, it has never been this easy. Once this integrated development is completed, everything including the shopping mall will just be an elevator-ride away. PacifiCity Shopping Mall, has a built-up size of 620,000 sf of collective retail space, with a host of dining options, attractions, amenities and conveniences. Recently, Harvey Norman - a leading home improvement store, agreed to be the last anchor tenant for the said mall. Other tenants that you can expect are TGV Cinemas, Maybank, Popular, Guardian, Dunkin Donuts and Sushi King, just to name a few. The mall is also expected to complete in 2018.

As for the Signature Integrated Offices, they are available for sale or rent, with capacity for over 1,000 working professionals. The launch price starts from RM498,000. The office units are in move-in or rent-out condition, furnished with air-conditioning, light fixtures and ceilings. It also comes with multi-tier security and high-speed fiberoptic data connections. Parking should not be an issue as there are 2,300 secure covered bays in phase 1, plus another 12,700 bays in Phase 2.
