As a modern and stylish development, the prices for the units at D’Alamanda are in the medium to high cost range, hence it is only affordable to the working professional and established families. Basic facilities are provided for the convenience of the residents; however, there were complaints in January 2015 from residents regarding the condition of the gym whereby the equipment have fallen into disrepair and have yet to be attended to by the management.
