Clearwater Bay Resort is not what many would think it is, albeit sounding like a hotel. It is actually a landed residential area that consists of double-storey semi-d and bungalows. Part of the Waterfront City township, the low-density residence will provide peace of mind, with the scenic view of lake and hills.
Among the units within its compound, 48 are double-storey semi-detached homes, while 26 are double-storey bungalows. The units here will be a delight for large families, or home-owners who just want more space to live in. It is also not too far away from Ipoh city centre, while other townships nearby include Menglembu and Taman Falim. It is also near malls such as AEON Station 18 and AEON BiG Falim.
One of the biggest advantages that Clearwater Bay Resort possesses is the easy access to major highways, making travelling around Perak and to other states much more convenient. There is an exit off Jalan Lahat which connects to the Ipoh-Lumut highway, providing access to areas of Perak. It is also just a drive away from the North-South Highway (NSE), via Ipoh town.
